这封信和我之前发的信不同，主要适用于体检和交登陆费后。我那时发了过去，效果也不错，很快网上的状态就改变，但我的情况只供参考，各人情况不同。大家根据自己需要修改就是了。建议体检后，已经等了5、6个月以上的移友使用，因为刚体检完就咨询，VO也会烦的。希望能继续帮助各位。另外本贴只在本论坛发表，谢绝转载到其他网站。Dear Visa Officer:Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. My name is （姓名） My file application number, (这里写你的FN), was issued in （FN签发的月份和年份） In （收到体检信的时间）, we received a response from the Immigration Office requesting the completion of a medical examination along with providing the required documentation, including The Right of Permanent Residence Fees (RPRF) for two individuals. （根据自己的人数修改）Our medical examinations were successfully completed as of （体检的时间，比如：March3， 2005）A bank draft for the RPRF and all the required documentation was submitted by the requested deadline. The bank draft number issued is: （汇票的号码）（如果不是用银行汇票的话，就按自己付款的方式写就是了） According to the CIC e-Client Application Status Query System, as of （查状态的时间）, my application status is “In Process.” （根据自己的状态修改）This is a follow-up letter to inquire on our current status since we have not received any feedback as of yet. We have been involved with the visa process for approximately 3 years（这里根据自己的情况，写你已经等了多少年或多少个月。PS：用“月”计算可能更加显得你等的时间长）and would like to ensure we have met all the necessary requirements in order to move forward.If you have any questions, please contact me.
