请教热心人：我０３年短登过温哥华，０４年又过温哥华玩了一个月，计划明年４／５月份长登卡加里，请问我到卡加里能免费学语言吗？多谢！

寂静山林but u must have the language assessment in the past 6 months.点击展开...From my understanding, each new immigrant can have an assesment on his English ability before commencing the LINC programe. Are you sure that it's a requirement for LINC?

I am not sure wether I need the language assessment, CGA study improve my reading but speaking is not good enough.

寂静山林I am not sure wether I need the language assessment, CGA study improve my reading but speaking is not good enough.点击展开... 如果你想免费学语言, 必须要910按照你的 benchmark 成绩 调度 到合适的学校.所以, 你必须有 benchmark成绩. benchmark的 语言评估是免费的. 如果成绩比较高, 可能就不需要免费的LINC, 而需要上有条件的ESL了. 或者成绩很高, 那就ESL也不需要上了. 如果你有托福成绩, 可能也就变相证明你不需要免费的LINC, ESL.
