回复: EB-5的酒店/度假村项目时代广场酒店项目去年底已经在补材料阶段。已经有924样本批准和526申请的项目，移民局都会认可。移民局现在已经收到太多的酒店/度假村项目的526申请了，看腻了。 酒店/度假村的新规定只适用未来EB-5项目的924申请和526申请。

回复: EB-5的酒店/度假村项目我不认为移民局会限制EB-5投资的产业类型。如果按照“不是把别的酒店/度假村的客人抢到新的EB-5酒店/度假村来”的逻辑，任何一个新建企业都是从其他企业抢夺客人。新建航空公司必然会分流其他航空公司的客人，新建咖啡店必然会分流其他咖啡店的客人，诸如此类。某个行业是否饱和不是移民局说的算，在一个公开开放的市场经济中，这个问题没人说的算。更不会限制某个行业的投资。

We’ve seen a significant increase in the time trend over even the past several months. What I want to say first is the main shortcoming（主要缺点） that we see with respect to this type of project is the lack of data （缺乏数据） and the lack of data sourcing （缺乏数据的来源）. 回复: EB-5的酒店/度假村项目某个行业是否饱和不是移民局说的算，在一个公开开放的市场经济中，这个问题没人说的算。更不会限制某个行业的投资。点击展开... 没错，行业饱和是否不是移民局说的算。但移民局可以决定，区域中心的EB-5的资金是否可以进入哪些行业，因为区域中心的就业是靠间接就业，是一种连带就业。移民局要看这种连带就业的净增长。如果区域中心投资的新的EB-5的酒店的建成，导致附近老酒店失去客源，老酒店失去连带就业，那么，这个区域中心的项目就没有连带就业的净增长。EB-5的资金在这种情况下，还是可以投资的，但只有两种就业模式可以被移民局承认。一个是直投性项目，全部直接就业，不计算连带就业。 另一种模式就是花费就业。
