回复: 有谁了解“美国就业发展借贷中心”EB-5垃圾项目啊 很简单的一个问题 借贷方在向美国就业发展借贷中心借贷的同时会承诺实现6-8个就业机会的名额 但是实际上承诺和现实是两码事， 试问如果这个企业没有达到预期的目标 美国就业发展借贷中心不过就是回收当初借贷给他的这笔资金而已 而EB-5的客人却要去承担因为无法达到间接创造10个就业机会而无法解除绿卡条件的风险 那么这个时候基金公司的人会告诉你 寻找下一个企业来帮你实现 那么这不是又重做EB-5了吗？

Normally in owner occupied properties. I showed her your email she pointed SBA will not let you borrow money (investor) to get a loan from the program. Furthermore even if you could the investor would be third in line to get paid. First the bank, then SBA (SBA guarantee's the loan to the bank, not what you put down on the loan) and then the investor. 回复: 有谁了解“美国就业发展借贷中心”EB-5其中一个是前杜克的一个大陆留学生，丢我们留学生的脸另外，他们可以通吃（别忘了他们以前是做贷款的，两边都挣）另外，可以用504 loan 以10%的leverage 去买房地产，所以，这个项目中心油水很多
