给哥哥申请被拒一次，感觉很难受，在看到有园友被拒，也觉得难过。哥哥二签顺利通过，我觉得材料的组织很关键，拒签解释信也有决定性的作用。在我准备拒签解释信时上网search，没有找到太多样本。就把我的发出来给大家，也许有帮助。希望我们的家人朋友都能顺利拿到签证！完全原创，可能会有语法错误，请别见笑。Letter of ExplanationDear Sir or Madam,My Canada tourism visa application was refused last year. I’m confused why you think I would not leave Canada at the end of the stay. I have no reason to stay in Canada and I have lots of reasons to back China.The refuse is might because the provided information was not enough. I would like to explain the new updated information and my situation for you. Hope my family and I can visit your beautiful country during this summer holiday.1. Firstly, concerning the refused reason, the updated information is provided as following comparing to the last time.1.1 the Travel HistoryAfter the refuse of Canada visa, we applied Etats Schengen Visa. My family and I took a pleasant trip to Germany, France, Switzerland and Italy in summer holiday of 2013.We already have the American Visa, hope we can take the trip both in America and in Canada this summer holiday.1.2 Purpose of VisitThere is an old Chinese Saying ‘Travel is a better way than to read’. Now, my daughter is a secondary school student. She is old enough to see and think the different scenes and cultures in the world.Furthermore, I am quite busy in the most time of the year. I really like the ease time to get along with my family during the family trip.1.3 the Personal Assets and Financial StatusI updated following documents to show I have strong expense ability and I have sufficient income to support the expense. And all my income are supportive and legally. Provided a Certificate of Personal Deposits from Bank (Amount: ¥300,000.00 with 6 months frozen time) Provided the credit card statement of 6 months (Good credit, Credit limit is ¥52,000.00 per month.) Provided the official company’s tax receipts of 5 months’ (It shows my company is under good operation. And these could also verify my income is legally.) Add a new apartment buying contract and invoice (Purchasing Date: XXX, Price: XXX, 100% paid) Add the Vehicle Register Certificate (Registration Date: Sep-XX-2011)All the above can show my financial situation is very good. It’s easy to pay the cost of the coming trip.2. Secondly,I list the main reasons why I must be backing China after the trip.My business: The Company was founded on Mar XX, 2007. It is the area dealer in Shandong province of XX Group, which is one of the largest XXX group in China. Our business is very good and steady. I am responsible for the overall operation of the company. I could not leave the company for long time.My wife’s work: My wife joined Jinan XX Hospital in 2007. The hospital signed a 10-year job contract with her. She must work for the hospital until October, 2017. The hospital agreed she could have holiday in July. She must be back to work in August. (The work certificate letter from the hospital is uploaded as the supportive document in my wife’s section.)My daughter’s study: My daughter need back to her school on Sep.1, 2014.Parents to be taken care of: My parents are nearly 70-year-old. I am the only son of them. They are living together with me in China. I need go back to take care of them. Also, we need go to visit my parents-in-law time to time. Attached the photos with my parents and with my parents-in-law.In addition, we have the comfortable home in China. We have enough money and assets for our life. We have good social status. Our friends and most of our relatives are living in China. Why not we come back China? I have no reason to stay abroad. 是啊，但是存款一定要合理，第一次就是因为提交了太多了欧签是去年加签被拒后申请的，美签是刚刚申请的，一拿到美签就递交的二次加签欧洲和美国签证最有力，存款也很重要点击展开...

这么好的条件，在加拿大有亲属反而是个负担吧。你提供了在加拿大亲属的资产证明了吗？

nvod1111111 说:这种条件还被拒，只能说上次那个签证官比较奇葩点击展开...解释信肯定只写好的一面，其实哥哥有几个硬伤：他的房子都没有房产证；另外，他自己的小公司只有三五个人，他自己连工资卡都没有。这次申请，只好用公司的税单和他的信用卡证明了他有收入和消费能力。上次被拒，材料确实做的很不好。按旅游签证申请的，但内容画蛇添足了，提了他们主要在温哥华，住我家，还提到侄女有未来来加留学的打算......估计，签证官也被弄晕了！我本意是提供我的情况，有我担保会好些，另外去年那时正宣传加拿大要吸引更多留学生，会对申请签证有帮助。但现在看来，这些更让签证官觉得有移民倾向...另外，上次也是白本护照，存款证明200万，那么多的存款又没有合理的银行流水支持，被拒一点也不冤枉
