加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民邮寄只能邮到北京大使馆吗

请问如果选择邮寄的方式申请父母的探亲签证，是不是只能邮到北京大使馆？香港或者其它地方可以吗，我父母在广西，离哪个签证中心都远。所以决定邮寄，而且也不急，等它三四个月都可以，只要给签就行。

From the date they mailed out the application to the date they received the visa, it only took TWO weeks. H.K. has regulation that all the applications need to be reviewed and completed within 5 business days.
