If you have renewed your passport since your visa was issued you must carry both the passports with you when you travel (the passport with the valid visa and the new passport).2- You may apply for a replacement visa at the Beijing Office. Please be advised that we recommend the second choice. If you choose to do so please submit the following: -The passport containing the valid Canadian Visa as well as your new passport.

Please include a copy of the lost immigration document if possible. - For Damaged Passports: The damaged passport and visa, study/work permit and/or travel document. You may come in person to submit your application on any Thursday between 8am-10:30am. Unless otherwise instructed by our receptionist, your visa will be ready in the same day. I was told that I cannot buy the airticket with the passport which will expire within six month because customs officer will refuse my entrance. And I was advised to get a new passport and take both the old and the new to go to Canada. Does it work? I want to know if the visa is still valid on the old passport (there is some kind of mark on it indicating the existence of the new one)? Thank you for your attention.Best regards,
