整个家庭里面只有配偶一方5年呆满了2年，在下一个5年，配偶和子女还能再获得PR身份吗？该走什么手续？难度大吗？另外，如果枫叶卡到期的时候人在中国，但是满足过去5年呆满2年的条件，也至少有2年的报税记录，该到哪里去续枫叶卡，找加拿大驻中国使馆？谢谢！

If you are outside Canada, apply for a permanent resident travel document to return to Canada. After you arrive, apply for a PR card.You should only apply for a PR card if:you didn’t receive your PR card within 180 days of immigrating to Canada;your PR card is expired or will expire in less than nine months;your PR card has been lost, stolen, or destroyed; oryou legally changed your name and need to update your PR card.Otherwise, we may not process your application.
