加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民请问大家，现在还可以按照老的入籍规定申请入籍吗？还是必须六年满四年

另外，以前的规定四年满三年是指从登陆时间开始四年后，且必须累计定居3年才可申请，还是只要四年内累计定居超过三年即可申请。例如，我是2011年3月第一次登陆后到现在从来没出过加拿大，居住时间已经快三年半了，按老入籍规定可以申请么？谢谢！

对了，记得还有一个关于时间计算的规定，就是抵达加拿大后到拿到PR这之间在加拿大居留的时间，可以打对折计算在内，请问该规定新政后还有效么

刚用cic的入籍时间计算器查了一下，最快明年八月十号可以申请入籍，有人知道那个新政何时正式执行么，新闻只是报道通过，好像没提及执行时间
