担保父母移民，收到体检通知，因为疫情，耽误体检，今天收到加拿大驻北京使馆邮件说重要文件没有取，要我父母地址电话，用顺丰邮寄，到件付款。我们是Mississauga处理，怎么会有北京使馆的事情？ 会不会是诈骗？ 五天不回复，销毁文件。 以前都是邮件通知。账户也有信。今天登陆账户里没有通知。
