我之前申请的难民，还没有上庭，我的材料都在etobicoke, 上个月收到信，说让我做体检和交passport 的copy。 后来就看到 We received your application for permanent residence on November 29, 2010. We started processing your application on January 13, 2011. We sent you medical instructions on October 26, 2011 to ..... To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us. A decision has been made and you will be contacted. We transferred your application to the CIC Etobicoke office on November 14, 2011. The CIC Etobicoke office may contact you. 有谁知道这是什么意思呀，有一点不详的预感！
