一家三口都在5月6日头一个小时内申请了新政，目前没有AOR， 主申工签2022年7月 expiry，配偶和小孩2022年1月底visitor record expiry.
配偶和小孩以主申的work permit为主要依据申请visitor record renew到7月呢？还是以新政的名义申请visitor record renew或者桥梁工签更好（前提条件是主申得一起申请桥梁工签才行，但是主申最多4个月到期前才能申请桥梁工签）？

- your application will be refused if the principal applicant has not applied for an open work permit under this public policy
- your application will be refused if the principal applicant has not applied for an open work permit under this public policy
- the principal applicant included you as an accompanying family member in the PR application

如果递交了新政，就算没有 AOR， 主申请人也可以申请桥梁工签.
但需要不小心处理。

有客户自己申请桥梁工签失败， 然后我帮她申请成功的。

配偶和子女可以先依靠陪伴的情况申请续VR 。 等之后符合TRPR桥签的时候一同申请，不过可能大概率移民申请就提前出结果了

如果主申请人有 工作，可以考虑帮配偶申请 配偶工签， 同时 为小孩子申请 VR。

技术上， 可以全家一起申请。

仍然可以考虑帮配偶申请 配偶工签， 同时 为小孩子申请 VR。
只是配偶工签的长度 短一些。
迟些可以再申请一次 配偶工签。

不管配偶工签还是visitor record，这次不都延续到主申的工签到期日2022年7月去吗？

- 我的意思， 是到7月份，加上处理时间，实际拿到的配偶工签时间较短。
