加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民求问配偶团聚移民补材料问题

上个月收到IRCC的邮件让我补IMM5669，于是我填好打出来签好字，用“Add a document to your application (cic.gc.ca)”http://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application/Form/72 把扫描件挂上去了，操作完成后还收到了一个回执。三周后今天我竟然又收到IRCC和上次几乎一模一样的邮件，唯一的区别就是下面这段话的截止日期从11.5号改到了12.4号，这种情况是哪个环节出了问题，我是没有不成功材料还是没有补对，我现在该如何做，求各位大神指导，谢谢！
“ Schedule A: A separate, updated and newly completed Schedule A Background
Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please ensure that the form has been completed with details of your educational, personal and address history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is more recent, and does not contain any time gaps. Be sure to include details in regards to your activities and addresses in Canada, from the time of entry up to the present day. The information provided must be consistent throughout the entire form. Missing information: Personal History and Address History requires Canadian information. This must be received at this office by: 2021/12/04”

可能是没有收到补料，楼主有link申请吗？账户里面是否有开放补料申请的通道？建议是通过账户里面补料窗口上传补料。

同意楼上，如果link了申请，会开通一个补料的portal，需要在那里上传表格
