如题，今年四月收到copr，邮寄pr卡照片到现在没有任何消息。网上可以link，显示submitted，但是没更新。
电话一直打不进去。写了好几次webform，回复极慢，前几次好歹有个真人回复，说是让耐心等待，最近一次直接说不予回复，也是醉了。

知道pr卡现在很慢，但是超过6个月是不正常的吧？请问现在什么渠道可以联系到IRCC？
