Hi ALL,
I submitted all of my family's PR card renew application in one mail package on June 8, 2021.
On Sept. 27, I checked the status in CIC website that my wife and my son's status is Complete and below list the details:
Permanent Resident Card
- We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 8, 2021.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 27, 2021.
- We started processing your application on September 27, 2021.
- Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on September 30, 2021.
- Application For Permanent Resident Card
But my status is still as Decision Made and below list the details:

- We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 8, 2021.
- We started processing your application on September 27, 2021.
- Application For Permanent Resident Card
Why it's different for us? Any thing got wrong with my case?

That is normal. Each application is being processed independently.

正常的，更新卡是按照个人来的，而不是以家庭为单位处理

PR card applications are processed separately and the status may differer. Your applications were submitted together in a single package only for convenience.
