申请人三年前用旧护照申请毕业工签，后来旧护照遗失，补办了新护照，用新护照号码填写5669/0008表格省提名申请的联邦，新护照备注页上有解释，新护照备注页上上写着 This pass port is issued to replace NO.XXXXXXXX（旧护照号码） of the PRC.现在申请桥梁工签，准备附加一个解释新护照号码的信（虽然很多agent说不需要解释）。。。他执意想写，那，这么写可以吗？
Dear Visa Officer,
Please allow me to explain to you why the passport number on my work
permit is different from now.
When I applied for a post-graduation work permit three years ago, I was
holding my original passport. Later my old passport was lost, so I
applied for a new passport. It is stated on the observations page of the
new passport that my new passport number（XXXXXXX) corresponds
to the original passport number(YYYYYYY).
Therefore ，I have uploaded a PDF copy of my new passport and the
original passport to explain the matter very clearly.
All other required documents include IMM5710 form，
Provincial Nomination Certificate, Federal Immigration Application
Number (IRCC File Number), Visa size photo in the past 6 months, and
Medical Examination Reports have been uploaded to the designated location as required, for the Bridge Open Work Permit (BOWP)
application. Thanks , have a good day.

最后一段指明自己是申请BOWP，并且硬性条件（FN PNP信，护照，照片，5710表）都有，防止签证官漏看或者confusion，可以吗
