2. 看到香港那边有要求指纹，请问在加拿大该去哪儿录指纹呢？怎么寄给香港？
3. cic官网说香港无犯罪证明不会寄给个人，那么cec申请应该上传什么文件证明呢？
- The Hong Kong Police Force will send your police certificate directly to the IRCC office at the Consulate General of Canada. You will not be required to send it separately.

- 不是随便找到的。
- 移民局在有需要时，会发给您的。

- 可以去 RCMP authorized 的指纹中介办理。
3. cic官网说香港无犯罪证明不会寄给个人，那么cec申请应该上传什么文件证明呢？

- 您不用上传， 香港警察会直接寄给 移民局。
- 但您可以上传一份解释信。

这封信申请递交之后在审理过程中移民局会发给申请人，这个位置可以上传一封解释信说明一下香港无犯罪记录需要request letter才能办理
