各位BBS 牛人：紧急求助！
首先声明，我2009年报税已经成功上报，并收到了政府退回的钱，这第一环节没有出问题。
但是，现在问题来了，政府CRA来了信，
名为Processing Review Program,目的是 Determine my return correctly.
留学学分部分当然没有问题，问题就出在租房房租上。
CRA明确规定，让我回信附上正式的租房收据（Rental Receipt）
明确规定，要求收据包含所有完整以下信息：
1． The amount of the rent paid 房租金额
2． The date of the rent was paid 交款日期
3． The name of the person who paid the rent 交款人姓名
4． The address of the property rented 所租房地址
5． The name of the person who received the payment 收款人姓名
6． The signature of the landlord 房东签字
我每次交房租都手写一个收条让收款方签字，包含以上中前五点内容，
但是，现在有两个麻烦：
第一，收条乃白纸手写，证明交款还可以，但是到了正式报税，用它来当Receipt,恐怕不太合适吧？
第二，每次收钱及签字的都是二房东，也就是说，他把整个房子租下再分租给我，他负责每次收钱和签字。但是他不是真正房东或房主，我报税时也报的真正房东（一个当地外国人）的名字没提二房东，现在CRA要房东签字，那二房东的签字恐怕不能抵吧？
退税环节虽然已经完成，可是这核实过程同样重要。
CRA信中明确说明：
It is very important you respond to our request within 30 days.
If you do not respond in time and your claim is disallowed, you may have a tax balance owing, or reduced amounts available to carry forward.
我报税条条属实，分文不差。 不希望在这Review中掉链子，希望各位能人出个点子帮我~

the paper u wrote as the receipt can be an official receipt as long as u have all the detail including the date, amount, address and all signatures. for the landlord part. u pay all the rents to your sub landlord. he is the ony receiving the rent and so u should fill in his or her name but mention he or she is the sub landlord. no panic my friend. this is just a random check. u will be fine as long as u didn't make up anything.

any paper with written detail can be a receipt. it doesn't have to be a printed recipt. this is not only for the cra. this is part of the common-law of contract.

我也被review了，2009年1－5月住的地方，房东给的收据很不正式，连名字都是我得英文名（没有id上是这个名字）。。 想打给他再要新的，打电话给他也都是留言。 结果我从银行要来了之前的支票的image，$15一张。。好贵啊。。。15＊5。。。
6－12月住的第二个地方，房东给了手写的收据，这个房东就是专门有几套房子租着的，所以比较明白，收据上什么都有。。。
经验：1。最好是支票付房租
2。支票给别人之后，他们存进账户之后，网上银行可以看到image，存下来啊！！！好像td是90天后就没了，之后再想要，15 一张！。。。

补充下， 寄回给税务局的时候可以在里面夹张纸，解释任何需要解释的东西，这样就省去了电话里解释不清楚的麻烦。

白纸写的可以，只要把税务局要求的信息都写上
