今天使馆终于给我回信了，看完后更加困惑，请各位朋友帮助分析一下我的签证何时能下不。回信内容如下：Dear XXXXX,Special Announcement: DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT AND IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT A VISA WILL BE ISSUED, THE FINAL DECISION TO ISSUE A VISA RESTS WITH THE VISA OFFICER ALONE. Our office has received all the required documents needed to finalise your application and your application is indeed in the final stages. However, due to the huge volume of applications to be finalised, we do not anticipate finalising your application until 2006. We hope this information is of assistance to you in making plans for your future.
