Here's my background: I have Canada pass port. I come back Beijing since 2000. My daught and her father are still in Canada. I thought from 2001 to 2004, my husband reported the tax for me. He didn't report this year, because the government didn't ask him to do so, or maybe the government knows that I am in Beijing. For the early of this Feb. I went to Canadian Embassy in Beijing to renew my passport, and I wrote down my status from 2000 to now. My question is if I could get pension when I'm old and back Canada? How should I do if I want to get the pension for surviving? Thanks & Best Regards
