请问：1. 德国无刑是德语的，要翻译成英语吗？2. 如果需要，自己翻译行吗？3. 还需要找翻译公司盖章或者公证吗？

我当时找了个公证处做的翻译。

还想省一点钱呢... 有没有用翻译公司的先例？我的户口本和身份证是找朋友在北京翻译公司翻译盖章的，没做公证。
