I am under 9/1 process (FN in May 2008) as well as under 2/27 process. My 9/1 application is withdrawn (but I didn't initiate the withdrawal). Does anyone have similar experience before? "Permanent Residence We started processing your application on May 15, 2008. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
