Hi all, I am under NOC1111 and just got the RN from Sydney, NS. When my boss wrote me a letter of reference, the job responsibilities were slightly different from what I had written in schedule 3. For example, in schedule 3, I wrote: "examine accounting records and prepare financial statements and reports for departments within the company" and "develop and maintain cost finding, reporting, and internal control procedures" (as per NOC). However, my boss only agreed with following: "Prepare financial statements and reports for other departments of XXX company" and "monitor and report on cost finding, ensuring internal control procedures are met." Do I need to explain to the VO for the changes? Thx
