本人有两年Training officer及Asst. Training Mgr的工作经历，能否定位于4131.training officer的职务是某大型制造企业，看似符合4131中的Example Titles中的training officer ? company.有没有类似的申请人，一起讨论一下。08年5月提交HK，之前是以HR Mangers来定位，前不久收到sydney的拒信，想改NOC，重新申请.
