回复: 请教COMMON-LAWRELATIONSHIP是同居关系？spouse是丈夫或者妻子common-law partner是同居伙伴conjugal partner是没有同居的但是象丈夫或者妻子的伙伴，下面的是官方解释：Are you in a conjugal partner relationship?You ae in a conjugal partner relationship if you and your sponsor have maintained a conjual relationship for a period of at least one year but cannot meet the definition of common-law partner, that is you have been unable to live together continuously for one year , usually because of an immigration barrier. If you plan to marry your sponsor, you may not be considered a conjugal partner.* Conjugal relationship refers to a committed and mutually interdependent relationship of some permanence where a couple has combined their affairs to the extent possible (marriage-like).
