大家好，我9月份ME，10月份把材料补了上去，现在还没有ME，等得着急。想写封信给使馆问问状态，不知道该怎么写，大家有没有例子或模板。多谢了。

回复: 9月ME, 现在还没有DM, 想写封信问一下, 大家有没有模板或例子去年年底写的，当初体检了2个月，因为老看不到ME的结果（后来才知道是DM以后才能知道的，呵呵），所以写了这个mail。写不来，瞎写。。。-------------------------------------------------------------Dear Sir or Madam: This is XXXXXXX and my File number of immigration is XXXXXX. I and my wife have finished medical examination on 2007-10-03, when the doctor told us that the result was positive, however we fail to confirm the ME result on the immigration process web page till now, could you please tell us whether you have received our ME result or there was some problems with it? Next year early January, my wife will spend six weeks on business travel to Italy, and I also have some opportunities to relocate to Philippine for several months. But if we have to take our ME again during this time, maybe there is some problem, please tell us as soon as possible and we can reschedule our plan more flexible. I am looking forward to your reply.
