Prepare and submit sales progress report 2.Prepare procedures of sales system ( in SAP R/3 ERP) and train sales assistants.2. Establish work procedures for the sales system in SAP R/3 ERP3. Train sales assistants in job duties and sales systems/procedures 3.Improve and solve the route of sales.4. Analysis and resolve sales operational problems consistent with company practise and procedures. 4.Provide administrative support to the sales section.5. Ensure excellent in sales/administration service while performing administrative and clerical support 6. Establish and maintain sound, positive working relationship with customer/sales office contacts.
