Would you please allow me and my husband to delay our medical examination until my baby is born on the end of this September? Your advice for me would be gratefully appreciated. 可以把gratefully 换成highly；issued 可以换成sentcause of 可以换成due todelay our medical examination 可以换成delay the schedule of medical examination.Thank you for taking time to read this letter.可以换成Thanks for your time in reading this letter.仅供参考！其实你写的已经很明白了，只不过不是很美语化。vo能明白就ok了。

不好意思，忘了一点，补充一下delay our medical examination 可以换成postpone the schedule of medical .Delay 在英文中不是褒义词！
