我的婚姻状况是分居，所以填表时，要填SEPARATED，对吗？那么配偶还要填吗？ 以后要提供配偶的学历和工作证明吗？ 分居状态会不会影响移民？会不会一定要等到离婚了，才考虑发签证呀？

If you are legally separated and recognised by either your marriage registration country or Canada, then this is not consider as a spouse. If you are legally separated on a third country, then I would suggest you to have statutory declaration in the witness of Commissioner of Oaths, for Canadain immigration purpose. I think you are not in this case. Your application may be delayed as the processing times due to your impending divorce, or you submit to a Visa Office that you are not a Permanent Resident that you are reside, etc. You are legally seperated, then your legally seperated partner does not required to submit any evidence realted work experience, education credential, etc. The award points on the spouse do not count.

LZ...我不知道~~我对结婚和离婚法没研究为了我自己搞移民，我只对加拿大的移民法有去关心~~上网找找其他质料，可能有你意想不到的答案。估计你在英联邦的国家结婚，合法分居1-2年后就可以单方面申请离婚，估计从现在算起也只有2-3年的时间，那时你递交不管是香港，北京或者新加坡。。也许要这般的时间~~最重要是先递交简表~~~
