申请技术移民，我只知道可以通过香港和北京递材料但是有个朋友在2年前是以中国公民的身份在新加坡找中介办的。新加坡使馆也可以申请吗？请教//bow

no need to pay for 中介, it is easy to fill in those forms. i am in australia, CIC said i can lodge the documents here. there is another chinese guy in London, CIC said he can lodge from there.
