gao_gao 说:为什么要那么久啊，很多法案三读到最后就是一天啊点击展开...加拿大的法案有自己的程序，众议院（House of Commons of Canada）三读通过之后，参议院 （Senate of Canada）要走同样的程序，虽然会比众议院快一些。之后拿到总督代表英国王室的皇家授权 （Royal Assent），议会的提案(Bill) 才正式成为法律 （Act）。但具体的条文不一定在法律生效的当日就执行，提案可以提出一个延后的日期（比如3-6个月或者1年）。C-6修改的条文很多，同时生效的可能性不大，所以可能会分阶段实施，以避免突如其来的大量申请拖慢处理进度。
