回复: I live in Toronto, Can I apply US visa in Calgary?sure, you can even apply it in Mexico.In some cases, since you are not applying a visa in the place where you resides, the consulate won't be able to verify the information (employment, education etc) your provided, your application may be denied or you may need to wait for weeks or even months for them to conduct some background check.
