有人说在申请留学的时候一定不能提到移民的话题，不然就会被签证官以“有移民倾向"的理由拒签。可是正在申请移民的人是不是也有同样的问题呢？如果是这样的话加拿大的移民官不是很奇怪？既然正在办移民，当然是想移民，如果为了移民去申请留学，大可不必留学啊。矛盾。不知那位明白人懂啊，请大家帮忙回答一下啦！感激！
