回复: 有没有certifiedcheck or draft 被 charge 了？如果是draft，可以问开的branch it was cash or not.但我觉得还是看退不退会，感觉他们应该是认为合格后才会deposit or cash it.点击展开...也许你是对的。估计没有人真开了certified cheque. 都是draft吧。

回复: 有没有certifiedcheck or draft 被 charge 了？至今还没有人来汇报银行开的票被收了钱，大胆的猜测一下，是不是因为银行已经将款划走，CIA就不需要劳神再划款了？点击展开...不是的，如果是certified cheque，移民局未兑现之前，钱还在你账上，你看得见但用不了，兑现后你支票账户的current balance和available balance就相等了。如果是money order或bank draft, 是看不见兑现的，因为在买支票时就已扣款，但银行用他们的系统看得见

回复: 有没有certifiedcheck or draft 被 charge 了？移民局不接受bank draft/money order是因为如果申请遭退，申请人不能put a stop payment on it，他们不得不把它邮回给申请人。但certified cheque可以，因为后者not take the amount untill cic cash/deposit it。像普通支票一样，在对方没存之前，钱还在帐上，你可以put a stop payment on it
