I called CIC today, and Q8 is 2014 CIC published Min Necessary Income. 2012's family income does not need to be over 2014's CIC published min necessary Income. My 2012 family income only is necessary to be more than corresponding year min necessary income. .The girl has French accent and she is nice. Just hope her answer is correct and she fully understood my question.My problem is , my 2012 income is a little bit higher than 2012, 2013 CIC published min necessary income. but my 2012 income is less than published 2014 min necessary income. If immigration office uses 2014 min necessary income as a reference, my 2012 income will make my application failed. my 2013 and 2014 family income is much over the Min Necessary Income requirement.
