打了老婆，然后老婆报警了，他被指控了。不知道最后是conditional discharge（criminal record保留3年）还是永久的犯罪记录。虽然老婆后悔了但是没办法。是不是这辈子都没办法申请他父母了？她老婆也没办法帮他的父母申请了？如果是保留三年的话是不是三年之后没有记录了就可以申请呢？表格里写的是 Have you been convicted of a sexual offence or serious violent offence against anyone, or an oofence causing bodily harm against someone who is or was related to you, or an attempt to commit such an offence?
