On June 18, I received a email says: "Dear Sir,With respect to the inquiry of your sponsor by fax, please be advised that we are still waiting for other documents that we asked previously.Respectfully,"So I replied the email ask what they are waiting for. now one month later, today, they replied to me.Dear Client,Thank-you for your email. We are currently waiting for your RCMP certificates."I phoned call center, the lady is nice said, she see on filewaiting for RCMP certificates.I should have phone cpc back in June. Since they are not careful, I should take extra cautions.By the way, I sent police certificate from China last August.My parent did the certificate feb 2014 and they then came to Canada and and stayed till today.bad luck, maybe because my dad have the most common last name.

建议总是没DM2 的人， 打电话问。我就是以为DM1（March 24）， MER (June 11). 就等待结果了And end up like this.They must have sth on the file back in June. but CPC is not very careful and did not send to me the request right away.I should have phoned the call center a month ago.My god, if I did not reply their email, they may never even tell me that they are waiting for the RCMP. I phoned call center today, the lady said that I should redo police certificate from China, not from Canada.

我的问题是：1. 叫我提交RCMP Certificates is From Canada? 还是国内的无犯罪公正啊。2. Do I need to do finger print?3. Do they ask me to do it or they sent the request and just waiting for results?I asked Call center, the lady said from China, because they take care the case from Canada.But she does not make sense, RCMP is ? royal canandian mount police? Why they call the police certificate from other country as RCMP?帮帮忙. Thanks a lot.It always take Ottwa 35 days to reply any emailCall center agents give in consistent answers.It is kind of helpless when dealing with CIC. Frustrated.

Read several post from this forum by searching RCMP, some ppl received email from CPC asking them to provide RCMP.But the email sent to me only says: we are waiting for RCMP certificates. Not sure they are waiting from RCMP or waiting for my parents to do it.As i wrote in last post:It always take Ottwa 35 days to reply any emailCall center agents give in consistent answers.It is kind of helpless when dealing with CIC. 1。 经过网上学习， RCMPCertificates 就是RCMP Criminal Record Check。 就是加拿大的。2。 要做Fingerprint。based on information from CIC website:Step 1: Have your fingerprints takenTo obtain a certified Criminal Record check you must submit a full set of all 10 fingerprints.3。 既然要指纹， 就要本人去。问题是CIC callcenter agent 一口咬定是中国的。 says that而且CPC给我的信如下。 没有任何具体信息。看不出是跟我要。网上还说fingerprint only needed ifAction Plan和CPC Ottawa 官老爷打交道， 只能小心。下周一去做 Finger print For RCMP。请教:CIC callcenter agent 一口咬定是中国的， 用不用再做一份无犯罪证明中国的？多谢!
