Section 3里面的B，members of the principal sponsored person's family who are not accompanying that person to Quebec and who are not covered by the undertaking。 这个还需要填写我们自己的名字么（sponsor的名字）？Section 5里面最下面 I have sponsored someone before. If yes, I have complied with the financial obligations related to that undertaking。 以前办理过老婆的团聚移民，是不是这两个都要选Yes？谢谢

再问一个Financial capacity evaluation表的问题里面5.4 Do you own immovable property? 如果选Yes，那么有很多mortgage没有付清会不会影响签证官判断financial capacity？如果工作收入已经够了是不是后面14~19的文件就可以不用交了？

房屋贷款应该没有关系的，有房子的话，不妨提供一下复印件，也是证明你资产的一种方式。资金担保主要还是看家庭年收入。至于第一个问题，把我们的名字写上去也没关系吧，这个一目了然就能看明白的。这是我的理解
