2014年初办理父母担保移民的有没有好心人告诉下。关于父母的marriage certificate是否是一份公证书加复印件就可以（材料没被退回来吧）？还是必须要原件加公证书？看了好多人的帖子也不知道到底是怎样的。。。还有我的birth certificate只是个公证书就可以是吗还是说也需要出生纸复印件原件？

工作件就可以， 因为公正材料里面有复印件

不是所有公证件都带有复印件的？上次我父母国内办理的就没有，幸亏我让他们把原件也给我寄过来，然后临时发现问题马上在UPS里面复印一份夹在公证里面，所有文件都不需要寄送原件，所有文件的公证必须带有原件的复印件。
