盼啊，盼，千呼万唤的康尼父母团聚移民申请的新政策宣布了，我们试着解读一下：1、一刀切。以前申请过没有补料的申请者，也就是2010年10月18号以后的申请，全部作废。大约有12万到13万多。不死心还想申请的，对照自家条件，明年请早。2、申请条件提高，阻退一批人。什么收入提高，三年报税纪录，当然还会有细则规定的，以前提到的只有公民才能享受呀，子女人数啊等等肯定还会拿出来。3、时间拉长，熬死你。2014年元月开始申请。2年到3年批准期，最快也要等到2016，2017年。4、名额减少80%,只留一条门缝。名额从两万五千减少到5000，只有区区五分之一了。赶上一趟车真要打破头啊。5、别想沾加拿大社会主义福利的光。10年担保变20年，看你们老头老太太能熬过去吗？6、这不会是最后的条件和标准，还有半年多的时间，相信康尼届时会再次推出新花样来。比如医疗卡之类的福利。康尼真够狠的，他也知道父母团聚移民申请新政策得罪人最深，最招诟病，所以迟迟不宣布，最后才抛出来。而且是羞羞答答。看看舆论反映，看看媒体动态，试探大家的底线和容忍程度，慢慢的公布细则。
