checklist item 11: photocopy of your birth certificate, if you are sponsoring your father and mother... I was born in China, what documents I should submit with my application? Hukou? or notarized copy of certificate of relationship between me and my parents? Item 13: I have to phone CRA to get an Option C Printout, only last tax year's notice of accessment is not enough? thanks~~~

回复: Question regarding checklist1。去国内的公证处办理出生公证2。guide上面写的很清楚，不能够提供option c print out是要写书面说明的。打电话去cra要option c print out，一周后就能收到。
