请问大家，我现在申请我那位婚姻团聚，在填以前有没被sponsor成为永居一栏，当时我是技术移民以副申请身份来的，我填YES 还是No ？Have you (the sponsor) previously been sponsored yourself for permanent residence? Yes No有人知道吗？

技术移民属于Economic class，如果你之前是作为主申请人的“ accompanying family member”拿到PR，与家庭团聚（family sponsorship class）之下的“ member of the family class”是不同的概念。你的情况不受sponsored spouse五年内不能做为新申请的sponsor的限制。该问题的回答应该是“No”注：以上回答不构成法律意见，本人不承担相应的法律责任。
