现在正在给孩子办团聚，我们在魁省，不知道是先递魁省还是联邦另外还有些问题要问1.IMM0008表里的第7个，问申请人有没有CSQ，如果没有问什么时候申请的CSQ，要填日期，原话是Have you received your Certificat de Selection du Quebec(CSQ)?If no,when did you apply for your CSQ?现在材料还没递，这个要怎么填？空着吗？2.IMM5669第8个要写简历，18岁以上开始，还有12项写曾经居住的地址也是18岁开始，那么是不是一岁的孩子就不用写了？Provide the detail of your personal history since the age of 18,or the past 10yeas,whichever is most recent.我英语不好，不知我理解的对不对3.check list的第二页，最顶端有一段话IF you are a Quebec resident,proceed immediately to item 21是不是说明如果魁省居民就可以忽略中间那几项，直接到21项，那是不是说魁省居民就不用提供税单或者银行的账户情况了？麻烦大家帮帮忙，谢谢大家！！！

回复: 魁省办小孩的团聚是先递材料到魁省，还是联邦？you should submit the application to the federal CIC (Missisaugua) first, after your sponsorship is approved, you then go to Quebec CIC for CSQ application. 1, just leave it blank;2, provide the address your child has been living since born;3, yes, quebec sponsor doesn't need financial proofs. However, if you can provide employment letter and tax return, I believe those materials will be very helpful.
