如果作为夫妻关系：你可以按照夫妻来担保， 如果1 你们之间有明显的紧密关系，不仅你们居住在一起， 而且精神上相互依赖。2 并且至少已经12个月以上的 真正关系， 不论性别， 或宗教上的障碍。（请参见英文原文）刚看了这个，我想问问，12个月以上的真正关系是怎么解释的？是要求结婚一年以上的意思吗？还是说从认识开始算？2月后在申请上，除了1344的表格有一些变化。递交材料方面有什么新的变化吗？谢谢了

A conjugal relationship is more than a physical relationship. It means you depend on each other, there is some permanence to the relationship and there is the same level of commitment as a marriage or a common-law relationship. You may apply as a conjugal partner if: •you have maintained a conjugal relationship with your sponsor for at least one year and you have been prevented from living together or marrying because of: ◦an immigration barrier◦your marital status (for example, you are married to someone else and living in a country where divorce is not possible) or◦your sexual orientation (for example, you are in a same-sex relationship and same-sex marriage is not permitted where you live)•you can provide evidence there was a reason you could not live together (for example, you were refused long-term stays in each other’s country).这主要给限于某些原因，比如宗教，而无法合法结婚的申请人的。 所以不知道楼主是不是在娱乐大家，呵呵！
