大家好！心急的妈妈请大家帮忙！我11月19日寄出的孩子办团聚的资料，Canadpost网站上显示11月21日已经Successfully delivered，但到今天已经一周多了，移民局网站上仍然查不到任何信息，我真的很担心！请问大家说的看到移民局“签收”的信息是在哪里查到的？是https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/sec...as这个网址吗？我输入相关信息后，只是显示一下：We were not able to identify you using the information you provided.
