有个问题想请教各位朋友，我老婆担保我境内团聚，她是全职学生，去年她的工作收入报税只有2000多，是不是太少了？虽然她报了两年的税，但是只有去年一年有T4。不知道这些会不会影响担保人资格？如有影响，不知有什么好的补救办法？ 有哪位知道的朋友请告知，非常感谢！

Similar to your sponsor, I am a full time student and totally rely on OSAP to make a living. My total income in 2011 is only around $200. I did some research online and here is what I've found out.(Cannot guarantee the correctness).1. The sponsor's situation is not a big deal in terms of sponsoring your spouse to Canada. It is NOT a requirement for sponsors(according to CIC website). Even if you had no income at all, you can still pass the sponsorship evaluation and get the file no. (according to Mr. Wang's articles)2. VO will take into account the financial situations of both sponsor and applicant to ensure that you are able to make a living in Canada without having to rely on the welfare system. Here are what I provided to VO. Documents from sponsor1. College graduation report.(Indicate: 80% grads from my program get hired after graduation with an average income of $39000/year)2. My transcript (Indicate: I am an excellent student and definitely will be among the 80%)3. My co-op contract(Indicate: I am working as a co-op; thus overcoming the biggest employment barrier- no Canadian experience)4. Evaluation From Employer for my co-op(Indicate: I am an excellent worker at my co-op position, and I have great opportunity of getting hired by my current employer after graduation)5. Pay stubs during co-op and student loan(Indicate: My income from employment is ****. My income from student loan is ****. So in total, my income in 2012 will be ****, which is good enough for a couple to make a living)Document from Applicant:1. Applicant's savings (Indicate: The applicant has enough money to help her go through the transition time)2. Applicant's house certificate(Indicate: The applicant owns a property, which can be sold or rented out once the applicant has moved to Canada)Finally, a properly written explanation letter is very important to help the VO better understanding your implications and follow your logic. You can also give the VO an estimated income and how you are planning to live on it.Hope it helps.
