Bilingual Mandarin Office Assistant (Fresh Graduate/OPT/H1B Welcome) We are an established e-commerce company located in City of Pomona. We are looking for bilingual(Mandarin) office assistant to join our fast growing team immediately. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided to the right candidate.H1B Visa candidates are welcome (preferably with OPT card that valid at least for 1 year after start date, company may offer a H1B Visa Sponsorship).Salary will be based on qualifications and job experiences.Qualifications: 1-2 years of E-Commerce or office experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; photoshop preferred; bilingual in MandarinJob Description: Main responsibility will be assisting our business development teams with handling orders/email, marketing, pricing, inventory, account managements and any general office functions.Coordinate, maintain, and update product listings; data entry for uploading and maintaining products on marketplaces; process daily orders; reply emails; update spreadsheets; support other members of our operations team; general office and admin worksJob Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
