Responsible for the system daily operation and maintenance support (procurement, contract, process, etc)；2. Collecting, sorting and analyzing common problems in system operation and maintenance process;3. Be responsible for the collection and arrangement of requirements and the formation of preliminary scheme in the process of system operation and maintenance;4. Escalate any abnormal situation in the operation and maintenance process to the responsible team(s), actively follow up, and collaborate until the problem is completely resolved;5. Work with other team members to solve general system problems;Job requirements1. At least 1 year experience in enterprise application system operation and maintenance.2.
