Summary:The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for improving Yamibuy in stock rate and turnover rate through forecasting and data analysis.Job Responsibilities:——Utilize history and forecast data to prepare and present recommendations that drive sales, improve in-stock rate, right-size inventory, and improve forecast accuracy——Collect, analyze and review quantitative data and creating meaningful reports to drive business improvement and cost reductions——Assist in the development of all planning, forecasting, and reporting models and their continuous innovation and improving the use and ease of interpretation by your business partners——Develop transshipment strategies to maintain high in stocks on key strategic items——Support & execute network capacity plan through in-depth data analysis in accordance with facility capacity/layout and operational constraints——Analyze inventory data to support improvement opportunities to increase item setup and allocation accuracy——Drive the development and improvement of new and existing operational tools, reports, and dashboards to monitor the health of the network and identify opportunities for improvement.——Model compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity——Design and performs analyses to address and resolve operational concerns——Process and Track Logistics KPI Data——Perform ad-hoc statistical analysis to investigate forecast variances and propose forecasting solutionsQualifications and Requirements:——Master’s Degree in Advanced degree in supply chain, business, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or statistics related fields——2 to 4 years of prior replenishment experience in retail industry preferred——Understanding of CPFR processes and Supply Chain product flow——Professional maturity and ability to work autonomously——Strong technical proficiency (MS Excel, SQL, Python) and database mining knowledge——Ability to work with and combine large data sets from varied platforms to perform complex analyses and simplify the output for business teams——Ability to work within structured processes with a high level of accuracy and deliver resolution of complex problems——Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills——Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills——Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in bilingual language English and Mandarin类型 : 招聘性质 : 全职行业 : 其他地点 : Rowland Heights周边地区: West Covina, Rowland Heights, Hacienda heights, Baldwin Park, Walnut, Diamond Bar名称：Yamibuy.com电话：9093480620邮箱：[email protected]
