本人L1A延期2年成功，2014年12月底申请EB1C（德州TSC)在今年2月份收到工卡和回美证140和485还在PENDING中，想请教各位大侠，现在EB1C的批准时间大概需要多久？谢谢

Generally, the government processing time for the EB-1 Visa is about 8 months.Once the EB-1 has been approved, the government takes about 6 months toissue permanent residence.
